We are continuously hiring German-speaking chatters for our models’ accounts. Fully remote, in shifts, with a dedicated contact and a paid trial run. Experience is welcome, but not a requirement.

Hold the conversation
You answer the messages coming in on a model’s account and build relationships with regular fans. This is not assembly-line work: fans notice immediately whether someone is listening.
Sell in conversation
You recognise what a fan is looking for, steer the conversation there and make an offer at the right moment. Chatting is sales work, just in writing.
Stay in character
Every model comes with a briefing: how she speaks, which topics are fine and where the limits are. You stick to it - consistently, over weeks.
Hand over cleanly
Whoever takes over a shift reads what happened before. The fan must not notice the change.
What you bring
Excellent German
Spelling, tone, a feel for nuance. This is the one condition we do not bend.
Reliability
Shifts are set in advance. If you commit, you show up - someone else’s income depends on it.
Empathy
Listening, asking, waiting for the moment. That cannot be trained; everything else can.
Experience? Welcome, not required.
Many on our team came from other fields. We train you in - with briefings, a dedicated contact and our own certification programme.

No. Excellent German and reliability are required; chatting experience is welcome but not necessary. Many on our team came from other fields and were trained here.
The usual arrangement combines a fixed rate per shift or hour with a share of the sales that come out of your conversations. The amount depends on experience, shift slot and performance, which is why we discuss it in the interview rather than advertising a number. Anyone promising a dream salary for a beginner is selling you something.
Fans write when they have time: evenings, nights and weekends. Chatting is therefore shift work. Shifts are set in advance and you enter your own availability.
No. No training fee, no starter package, no deposit. Anyone asking an applicant for money earns from applicants, not from the business - the clearest warning sign in this industry. Our Chatter Certified programme is free for the team.
No. Chatters work in text only and never appear themselves. You write in the model’s voice, not your own.
We usually reply within 24 hours. Then come the interview, onboarding and the paid trial run - depending on availability that is a matter of days.
From anywhere, as long as the connection holds and shifts are reliably covered. Our team writes in German; where you sit while doing it does not matter.
