We are continuously hiring German-speaking chatters for our models’ accounts. Fully remote, in shifts, with a dedicated contact and a paid trial run. Experience is welcome, but not a requirement.

Hold the conversation
You answer the messages coming in on a model’s account and build relationships with regular fans. This is not assembly-line work: fans notice immediately whether someone is listening.
Sell in conversation
You recognise what a fan is looking for, steer the conversation there and make an offer at the right moment. Chatting is sales work, just in writing.
Stay in character
Every model comes with a briefing: how she speaks, which topics are fine and where the limits are. You stick to it - consistently, over weeks.
Hand over cleanly
Whoever takes over a shift reads what happened before. The fan must not notice the change.
What you bring
Excellent German
Spelling, tone, a feel for nuance. This is the one condition we do not bend.
Reliability
Shifts are set in advance. If you commit, you show up - someone else’s income depends on it.
Empathy
Listening, asking, waiting for the moment. That cannot be trained; everything else can.
Experience? Welcome, not required.
Many on our team came from other fields. We train you in - with briefings, a dedicated contact and our own certification programme.

You start with a paid trial run on a real briefing. Both sides decide afterwards.
Transparent settlement
You see your shifts and the revenue attributed to you in our portal. The usual arrangement combines a fixed rate per shift with a share of your sales.
