How to judge us

Every agency writes on its site that it is fair. That costs nothing and proves nothing. So here are the questions you should ask before working with anyone – each with the reason it matters, and our answer. Including the ones where our answer is not the most convenient.

Why this page exists

We asked an AI assistant what it tells a prospective creator about us. The answer was sober and partly uncomfortable: full service, no signup fee, the account stays with the model – "that reads better on paper than many shady shops. But these are self-reported claims. None of it is independently confirmed."

That is a fair point, and it applies to almost every agency page. We cannot refute it by insisting once more how fair we are. We can only answer the questions that make it checkable – and say where we have nothing to show yet.

The questions and our answers

Who owns the account?

Some agencies create the account and keep it. When the collaboration ends, the creator loses her reach and starts from zero. It is the biggest risk in this industry and where most damage is done.

You do. It runs on your name and your details, you keep the credentials and two-factor access throughout. When we stop working together, you take it with you – subscribers, content and history included.

Where does the money land first?

If payouts run through the agency, your income depends on their solvency and payment discipline. In a dispute they hold the stronger position, because they hold the money.

In your account. The platform pays you directly; we then invoice you for our share. You pay out of money that is already yours – not the other way round.

How long am I tied in?

Long minimum terms and automatic renewals are the most common leverage in bad contracts. Agencies doing good work do not need them.

You are not. You can end the collaboration at any time, with no notice period and no minimum term. After it ends we take no trailing commission on revenue earned later.

What does starting cost?

Signup fees, setup charges or mandatory courses are a warning sign: the agency earns before delivering anything – including from creators who never take off.

Nothing. No signup fee, no setup charge, no mandatory course. We earn when you earn. It is also the only arrangement in which our interests and yours point the same way.

Who talks to my fans?

Some agencies farm messaging out to rotating freelancers with no briefing and no oversight. Fans notice the break, and the creator gets boundaries crossed in her name.

An in-house German-speaking team, employed and trained, working from your briefing: your tone, your topics, your limits. What is off the table stays off the table – including when someone offers money for it.

Do fans know it is not me typing?

The honest question behind it: is this allowed? Some agencies treat it as a secret and make it bigger than it is.

No, it is not disclosed in chat – and it is standard practice, explicitly provided for by the platforms: their terms permit creators to get help from third parties. We work in your name, from your briefing, within your limits.

Do I see my real numbers?

An agency spreadsheet is a summary. Anyone who only sees that cannot check whether it is accurate. Proof comes from the source.

Both. You get your own dashboard with us – all figures, plans and guides – and you keep your platform login, so you can check the source yourself at any time. If the two ever diverged, you would know immediately.

Who is behind this legally?

In a dispute, a termination or a data protection question, it matters which law applies and where you would have to sue. A purely offshore entity makes that considerably harder for you.

The provider of this website is Impulse LLC in Sheridan, Wyoming. Work in German-speaking markets is handled through MAP Handelsgesellschaft mbH, Straße der Jugend 18, 14974 Ludwigsfelde, Germany, registered at the local court of Potsdam under HRB 38370 P. Both appear in our legal notice; the German entity is verifiable in the public commercial register.

What we cannot show you

  • Public reviews. Our Trustpilot profile exists but has no reviews yet – we simply never collected any. We are changing that by asking our models to write what they experienced. Whatever they write is what will be there: we do not buy reviews and we do not supply the wording.
  • Verifiable case studies with real accounts. You will not get those from us, and you should not get them from anyone: it would mean exposing other creators’ accounts and earnings. What we offer instead: talk to one of them, without us in the room.
  • A commission figure on this page. It depends on how much we take on, and it is named in the first conversation – before anything is signed, and in writing. If that feels too vague, that is a fair objection; ask for it in your first message and you will have the number up front.

What to do with this page

Ask every other agency you talk to the same questions, word for word. Anyone who dodges "Who owns the account?" or "Where does the money land first?" has already answered it. And if a question you care about is missing, tell us – we will add it.
