No cookies, no advertising, no tracking

This website sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser. No advertising networks or social networks are embedded, and no cross-device profiles are built. Fonts are not loaded from third-party servers either; only fonts already present on your device are used.

We count page views cookie-free on our own server; this is described below.

Since nothing is stored on or read from your device, no consent is required to visit this website, and no cookie banner is shown.

Audience measurement

To learn how often our pages are viewed, we count page views ourselves, without third-party services. Your browser reports the page viewed, the language version, the referring domain and the rough window size (phone, tablet or desktop) to our own server. Here too, no cookies are set and no IP addresses are stored; to tell two visitors on the same day apart, only a check value is derived, generated daily with a new key, which cannot be reversed and establishes no link the following day. This data is held on our server in Germany and deleted after one year. The evaluation is carried out in aggregate only, never per visitor.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The legitimate interest lies in understanding which content is in demand and improving the website accordingly. Since no information is stored on or read from your device, no consent under Section 25 TDDG is required.

Accessing the website (server log files)

When you access the website, our server logs technical access data: IP address, time of the request, address requested, volume of data transferred, and details of your browser and operating system.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The legitimate interest lies in the secure and uninterrupted operation of the website and in defending against attacks. These logs are retained only briefly and then deleted.

Hosting

The website and the portal run on our own server, rented from Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany. The server is located in a data centre in Germany. Hetzner only provides the infrastructure and processes any data involved on our behalf (Art. 28 GDPR); no transfer to third countries takes place for this.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Application form

We accept applications as a model or chatter through a form directly on this website. Only the requested details are processed: name, phone number, the Instagram handle for models, the email address for chatters, and the language version used.

In addition, the form transmits which website you came from (only its domain, such as a search engine or an AI service) and on which of our pages you arrived. Nothing is stored in your browser for this; the information is passed along in the address when you move between our pages. We use it to see through which channels applications reach us (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

We process these details to review and handle the application and to get in touch (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, pre-contractual measures).

The details go to our portal on our server in Germany (see Hosting) and are passed on from there to our management system Notion and stored there (Notion Labs, Inc., 2300 Harrison St, San Francisco, CA 94110, USA). Data is transferred to the USA in the process; the transfer is based on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses and/or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

The details are deleted once no longer needed: for unsuccessful applications no later than six months after the process ends; if we start working together, the retention periods agreed there apply.

Contacting us by email

If you contact us by email, the details you provide are stored in order to handle your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR) and deleted once they are no longer needed.

Model portal

At portal.impulse.management we operate a password-protected portal for the models and chatters we represent. It is technically separate from this website and accessible only with login credentials.

The data processed there and the strictly necessary cookies it sets are described in the portal’s own privacy policy.

Your rights

You have the right of access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21 GDPR).
